talk less. tune in. feel more yourself.
Come home to your body. Tune in to your emotions. Settle into your Self.
build your capacity to regulate stress & restore balance
If you’ve concluded you’re just an anxious person, or not really a ‘feelings’ kind of person, this pathway was made for you. Whether you’re overwhelmed with stress and running on adrenaline, or quietly disconnected from everything and running on empty, we start where you are, and gently work with your nervous system’s natural capacity to reset.
Learn to feel your feelings and regulate your nervous system with Settle Into Your Self
Designed for anyone who wants to feel more grounded, expand their emotional capacity and connect to themselves from the inside out.
Starting where you are
Whether you’re new to therapy or new to working with the body, this pathway is designed to meet you and your body as simply and gently as can be.
You’re supported as you learn to sense and connect to your body’s cues, and develop a mindful distance to the anxiety-led thought loops it creates.
Long-term recalibration
With a blend of reading, guided reflections, somatic practices, and body-based exercises, you’ll learn to trust your body to regulate and recalibrate stress.
Your body already knows how to do this naturally. We’re simply helping it along by creating the right conditions - and showing it what they are, so it can do its thing.
Integrating mind and body
Our goal isn’t a state of constant calm - it’s to help you listen, tune in, and respond to your needs, as they are being shown.
We gently deepen your capacity to feel your feelings and tune into their messages from a place of centred-enoughness. No quick fixes - we’re building a sustainable foundation for you to settle into your self.
Regulating your stress response helps you cope in the moment. Recalibrating your nervous system supports your capacity you meet life. Over 12 weeks, you’ll find ways to expand your capacity to do both.
Imagine if you could sense stress rising at the first flinch. Be aware of what your body needs by listening to it. Feel safe inside to actually feel your emotions - and meet what you find. Shift into presence that’s grounded and authentic. Truly rest. Soothe upset. Respond with care, clarity, and alignment - and settle into yourself.
Your nervous system impacts everything
How you experience stress, how you think and make decisions, how you view the world and yourself in it, and how you connect or disconnect from your body - are rooted in your nervous system’s response to stress. Supporting its ability to recalibrate and rebalance can be helpful if you’re experiencing these …
Overwhelming anxiety | Emotional flashbacks | Intrusive thoughts | Hypersensivity | Panic attacks | Irritability | Feeling depressed, disinterested, listless, and flat | Hypervigilance and mistrust of others | Fear of intimacy | Impulsivity | Procrastination | Risk-seeking activities | Feeling distant from your felt sense | Insomnia and sleep disturbances | Inability to truly relax | Difficulty concentrating | Mental fog | Dissociation | Emotional numbness
Who Settle Into Your Self might support
Real clients inspired the creation of Settle Into Your Self. I saw how they each lived with the legacy of trauma - and how their nervous system adapted around it.
Does what I’m describing sound familiar?
You are utterly exhausted. The risk of burnout is no joke - but you manage to ignore it.
You lie awake thinking, thinking, thinking. Or zonk out easily enough but wake up with the morning dreads.
You feel edgy, irritable, tense, and easily flip your lid. You wish you didn't.
You feel flat, numb, absent, and easily dissociate. You wish it bothered you more.
You’re successful and have a nice life. You just wish it meant more to you.
You plan what to say, but freeze when you go to say it.
You shut the world out and go MIA quite regularly.
You're tired yet wired. You don't rest. You collapse.
You've tried meditating, but your mind won't settle - you silently go mad on your mat.
Your body is tense, tight, and knotty. Nothing shifts it.
You’re adding to this list as you read …
If those rang true, this might be for you
You listen to all the podcasts and read all the books. If anything, all that advice is making you feel worse.
You're done with talking about your week in therapy.
You want to feel safer in your body, not numb the fear.
You don’t want a self-paced course.
You want someone there alongside as you practice.
You like the sound of meeting yourself as you are.
You're ready to try a new kind of therapeutic support.
You know something needs to shift - but don’t know exactly what - you’re curious though.
You'll make time for weekly sessions and practice tuning into your body every day - for 3 months.
You've wondered "what’s wrong with me?" for as long as you can remember.
You’re curious that if - by asking different questions - you may discover what’s true for you.
The pathway’s flow
Using the S.A.S.S framework, we’ll deepen your capacity to settle and guide you home to your body - step by step and drop by drop.
Sense
Before anything can shift, we need to notice what's here. You learn to tune into your body's signals - like the tightness, the flatness, and the breath you didn't realise you were holding. Not to fix anything. Just to feel what's present and needing attention. Sensing is the foundation everything else is built on.
Aware
Once you can sense your emotions, you start recognising patterns and grow more aware. you’ll begin catching yourself in real time rather than only after everything spirals - like the flinch before you feel fear, that anxious shakiness, or you start freezing. You’ll also start noticing what settled feels like.
Settle
As you sense and become aware of your needs, settling is easier. Not forcing calm, and not pushing through. Just enough steadiness to stay with what you feel without being swept away by it. Your nervous system begins to trust that it can find your way to internal safety. That you don't have to brace ready to fight, take flight, or freeze anymore.
Shift
From here, choice opens up. Not dramatic transformation. A quieter freedom. You notice you’re pausing to respond, not automatically react. You can sit with discomfort without it overwhelming you. You talk to yourself with a gentle tone. Your heart opens just enough to let yourself be as you are for a moment - at home in your body, and all its aliveness.
What settling into your Self feels like
You’ll feel different and yet more like you. Your way of being you makes more sense. You’re genuinely interested in how you’re feeling - less a critic and more your own ally. Self-trust deepens as you listen to your body’s signals, and don’t ignore them.
You’ll know when stormy emotions begin to flood in - and they still will - you have toolkit to support you. You accept life will keep your nervous system on its toes. And you’ll appreciate a trigger is a sign you’re activated - not that you’re doing something wrong.
